Sustainability - Giving Back

A Passion for Community

Giving back to the community I live in is very important to me.  My volunteerism goes back to growing up in Worthington, Ohio and hosting animal ambassador programs at my local nature center, Highbanks. Over the years I've always found a way to utilize my experience to benefit schools, foundations, new charity events to benefit my mentors, homeless kids in Atlanta to my local nature center in Michigan, the Kalamazoo Nature Center - which I ultimately worked for to transition their animal care program.

“Ms. Braddy’s personality lends itself to creating a warm environment for parents, students and colleagues.  She is highly respected by her peers, widely known for her genuine care for others and has a positive outlook on any situation.  Her energetic and high-spirited personality is nicely accompanied by her ability to instantly warm the hearts of the people around her.”

Kindra Smith, Principal Roswell North Elementary

“Karen Lambert has been a great asset to our school...as a mentor, substitute teacher, and a scholarship donor. She has made herself indispensable to our program due to her high energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to making a deliberate difference in the lives of students.”

Lynnette Walker, Principal/Director of Gull Lake Academy
